I first met Linda when I joined her mindfulness class every week, this was the start of my life changing and not staying stuck in repeat cycle. ..I knew I trusted Linda and what she taught me there made such good changes in my life and my belief in me .Everything was now coming to a head with what I had experienced as a child that had led to poor boundaries and self worth. It was life changing when I booked in with Linda for 1:1 counseling, I cannot recommend her enough, it’s hard at times but so worth it for the peace you gain, you deserve to live your best life with ease and love and I learned to believe that and practice it as natural as breathing.. life is good and I look forward to enjoying it even on difficult days, now I know what to do. .
Ms. Allen presented on the subject of physiology of stress, antidotes to stress and mindfulness among a num-ber of topics. The session was extremely well attended by a varied cohort of staff including academic, admin-istrative and support staff across our seventy sites. Ms. Allen was knowledgeable about the subject are and demonstrated a high level of enthusiasm, empathy and engagement during the sessions. I personally attended the session and found the mix of theory and practical guidance offered to be of a very high standard. Feedback from attendees was excellent. City of Dublin ETB would look forward to engaging with Linda in the future.
